Hello, welcome!

I’m Paola, I’m 26, and I’ve been working as a UX/UI Designer for over 5 years, focusing on UI and Design Systems. I live in Rio Grande do Sul and I currently work at Docway, building interfaces for web and mobile apps using Figma for a variety of clients and users.

More about my current role:

I currently work on building and maintaining the company’s Design System and some of the main features of the Docway app, which is focused on telemedicine, where users can book appointments with medical specialists, general practitioners, and psychologists.

In addition, I’ve worked on the design of internal dashboards and platforms focused on managing appointments and both medical and non‑medical teams. This has helped streamline operations and improve the overall user experience.

I’m fully proficient in creating user flows and screens, journeys, personas, A/B testing, and supporting the creation of User Stories, with experience in agile methodologies.
